Lost Dungeons of Norrath
Dropped of a mob named "Steward Tormentor". Not to be confused with "a steward tormentor". There is a difference. Group was level 49-53 and the groups looter ended up dropping from group with all the booty :(

They have some nice Haste items out and I agree it should have some type of Haste wether it be spell, or melee. I am just glad they have another nice cloak for Mid level casters with the INT/WIS, HP, and mana! : ) Won one in roll for Necro, and a Feathered for my cleric! Many safe Journey's everyone....
With a name like that I thought there would be some kind of haste on it.
Yeah you'd expect it to have haste. It drops off a named mob with a pet.
We pulled a room that included it and my AE mezzes all failed. I was paste within seconds. Thankfully I would up with the cloak.

Agreed - should definitely be a haste item, especially seeing that one of the enchanter's haste spells is actually called celerity.
