My enchanter crafted one of these yesterday. Very nice item IMHO. The only thing that I don't understand it the TERRIBLE prices offer up from merchants. The velium bar alone costs 263pp on Saryrn and merchants offer less than 1pp for the necklace.

This is one of those items I like to call ppm..player platnuim makers. Selling to merchants get you no pp, only to players do you make money off of it. I have one on my chantter and I like it.
