Killed Bloodneedle half a dozen times, didn't drop, then today, right after the last time I killed him, i killed An adult bleeder and it dropped.

I found back in my days in Innothule that they droped slightly more frequently off of Feral Bleeders.
Try hunting those.
I could be wrong, but, they do spawn pretty frequently.

It is deffinately found on a named bleeder. The name is Bloodneedle. I found one on him today.

I have been trying endlessly to find this but I can not figure out what it drops off of. Does anyone know?
