This is just my personal experience, but these really seem to drop a lot more commonly from the Rathe Mountains lizardmen than from the Feerott ones.

Speaking for the pov of a troll sk who likes to buy fletching stuff, the little bit of extra cha this doll gives is great when I'm in town. Don't be too hastey to just shove it to the guy in the quest cause at low lvls this can help save a few silver here and there for us... shall we say, not to charimatic races. (I mean I've got 45cha I can use all the help I can get) Besides... I love looking at my big mean troll running around town with a dollie in his hand.
