Well, I have got a monk and this quest is perfect since monks need AGI. Then I'll just sell it after the charges are out.

Umm...this item doesn't actually do anything once the charges are used up, so why would anyone buy it???

Spirit of the Cat is a spell used by my shammy. It is an agility buff that is an upgrade to the Feel like cat spell.
What does this do? Makes you want to lick youself clean perhaps? Anyone have a real idea about this?

So what affect does Spirit of Cat have? is it an agility buff like feet like cat?
Are iksars KOS to kerrans like they are to everyone else? just curious. This would be a great start for the sejah ghulam bracer for a monk, but if iksars cant do it, they get the shaft. )=

Assuming your KOS in Erudin and don't care anyway you can kill the Erudites wandering about in Tox. You get Heretics (Paineel) and Kerra faction boosts and bad Erudin faction hits.
