these tribute for 7500 at the guild tribute master.
Zoned into SG, looking to play a friendly game of tag with someone. The enterance mob wasn't there so poked my head around the corner to see a massive walrus. Killed him, got the greaves and lived happily ever after. Not sure about the drop rate, although its more then likely a common drop from him.

Only killed Massive Walrus once over 12 hrs camp in Siren Grotto this past week end. Seen the legg drop from the same mob.
The pop rate for the following for 12 hrs camp
9x An Enthralled Ulthork : Marvelous Stone Ring (5), Miniature Nosering (4)
1x Massive Manatee : forgot lost on the roll
1x Massive Walrus : Leather Greaves of civility (1)
Killed all the mobs around for better chance of spawn the mobs above. There seems to be an inordinary amount of spells drop in Siren Grotto also. Lots of mage spell Monster Summoning 2, invis VS undead - must have gotten 10 of each or so seem like.
This is the drop rate that is notable.

Does anyone know the drop rate of these fine legs? Or if its off a special mob, since in some cases mobs with an upper case letter mean they are a rarer version of the basic mob.
These are some pretty legs and would be a nice upgrade from my stormriders for my Beasty, and could I possibly solo it at lvl 61? or is it hard to get to? Would imagine that being only roughly level 51 mob I could do it but would appreciate any info that could help.
