As long as you bought all your spells from OT you can kill all you want in HS.
Well, unless you're on FV or some other server with limited character slots, just make an alt to do the buying :). My High Elf chanter gets better prices in OT than my Dark Elves do...

Utterly awesome twink weapon. Bought one a Stromm today for 15k, probably a little high for older servers, but a bargain here. Little necro looks sweet now. Surprises me most people don't understand the negative charisma and fear kiting relationship though.
Probably because it's been well-proven that CHA has no efect on fear-kiting. High CHA does seem to improve charm duration somewhat though.

Very cute how they insist upon putting many great necro items in Kunark in areas that necros (at least non-lizard necros) who like having ONE friendly town on the continent can't hunt. If you don't give a rip about Venril Sathir faction (i.e. Charasis, Kurn's, Kaesora) then you can get some great stuff. Otherwise, save up--people like to charge an arm and leg because they think necros can afford it. I sure as heck can't.
Have to give the Iksar something...they're he hardest race to play.

Anyway, cool, a scythe in one hand and a claw in the other! Sounds like an appropriate Freddie look. Would have been so much cooler as a weapon though. I wouldn't care about how much damage it could deal, just thinking how much better it would look if you could swing with it.

This item is found in Howling Stones from the Sentient Bile. It's a very rare from it, around 1% drop. The other rare is the fingerbone hoop, and the common enshrouded veil.
Either we got lucky or the drops have changed over the years: we got two hands in two kills at the weekend... I'd have preferred the veil!

My SK as "1" charisma. It doesn't helpe fear at all. It's magice rest and his level vs level.
What does this have to do with fear kiting? (oh, you think low CHA helps with fear, hehe, you are wrong)

This looks like the claw weapons. Very cool to see a necromancer walking about with claws sprouting from his (or her!) left hand. A friend of mine has one -- I'll ask him where/how it drops.
