This is one of 3 with the same name --- ? The others are result of quests and much better
It seems there are 2 totems, the one off the patriach is called Goblin Frost Totem and has the stats

is this the same as the frost totem which drops off the patriach because drinal said the stats were diff and this says it isnt part of a quest whereas the one off the patriach is???

i dont know if they changed it or someone just gave the wrong information... but im currantly in permafrost and i found a dead patriach .. it had one on it.. and its mana "10" not 5... not a big difference its just fun pointing out mistakes =)
