This stuff is not used to make Zek bane weapon. The Decorin ore is.
These are used to make zek bane weponds with have +12 damage to zeks and mobs in tactics. Are guild MT uses one every time we kill zeks.

This may be what's used to make zek bane weapons. Have a 250 smith loot 'em to make the metal sheets, which are tradeable. Unfortunately these are lore, which is a big pain in the butt.
The animated decorin blades spawn during the Anival the Blade fight, I think. I hear that only the first few blades will drop these.
