i dont' suppose someone could explain this in some detail? i got one that said it had 3 charges on it, is this something my lvl 9 pally can use?
If you have over 450 hp, you can right click this when low on mana, and convert 450hp into 350 mana.
At level 9, I would not do this when in a fight, as it will probably kill you faster than the mob you are fighting.
