Anyone know the respawn time on the Priest or the placeholders of the Priest?

Hehe... I found this thing and only came here for a PC, not aware I needed it. Being an Iksar Monk, I have only recently gotten into Qeynos and it has since then become something of a new home. I just finished purple headband this morning, and upon killing the.. t-whatever I saw the preist up and went ahead and killed him aswell. Map said this was a rare drop, so I kept it- dropped first time i killed the priest, I had no idea it was a sash quest item. GL to everyone else seeking this item. I know the respawn time is a drag.

A high level wizard friend of mine told me that this wand can be found also in Rathe Mountains. He said it was also part of a wizard quest for the Weeping Wand or something like that. Are either of these two statements true?

Both statements are wrong.
The weeping wand quest needs the Bloodback Wand.

The reason a Monk is desperate for this item...
Red Sash = part for Robe of the Lost Circle = part for Robe of Whistling Fists = a part for starting the Monk Epic :P

A desparate monk camping Amiaz sent a shout throughout Befallen offering 300pp for this item. I usually sell or destroy this item, but had recently started an Erudite enchanter and gave it to her.
Well, the guy got a guildmate to port into Odus and escort my chanter back to Befallew where our transaction took place.
300pp sure goes a long way when you are lvl 5! I hope the rad sash is worth it. :-)

Found this on an Orc Centurian(sp?) at the small orc camp in East Commons.My guess is that someone either put that on him or its a really rare drop.

This wand is so common and when ever these drop in BEFALLEN I will bring them to newbies...To them it may seem like 10k pp, but it's only worth like 5pp.

This Item is part of the monk read sash quest. But the quest state it drops in Befallen of Darkelf priest Amiaz, as written in the note. Do the goblin king also drop the monk red sash quest item ?
