great stats for high lvl pally, but the graphic sucks compared to the heavy doublebound or stout bulwark shield.

Most people would use the loyalish shield in the back slot (not too many 50ac 75hp cloaks out there), so you still need a secondary shield. Yes you could use the loyalist shield in your secondary slot... but why? For the most part shield stats >>>>> similarly priced/ease of attainability cloak stats. So LSoH + shield = better total stats than LSoH + cloak. That being said I don't know alot about shields obtainable at this level (this one could very well suck), but you should look at the loyalist shield as a back-slot item, not a secondary item, because I'm fairly sure that is where 99.9% of them are equiped.
Paladins, seriously, take the time to do the Loyalist Shield of Honor quest.
