Hi all

currently clearing time every week, just wondered if anyone had a rough guesstimate of the rarity of the shawl - i am in the top 4 DkP and trying to decide whether to hang out for it, or spend on other things.

any rough estimates would help

It does. It stacks with everything other then other clickable mana regen items.

This stacks with everything but Lunar Whispers, I believe. Might have stacking issues with Koadic's Heightened Focus, but I don't know.

So, first question... Does the effect stack with VoQ?

Secondly, combat effects + 15... does this mean dmg shields? =)

I think its referring to procs. Adding 15% dmg to current damage caused.

increases proc rates of weapons. base proc rate is 100, and equates to 2 proc's per minute, over time. various weapons have different bases, the summoned cleric hammers are a good example. they're something like 650 as a base, if I remember right. They proc about 13 times/minute. Less dramatic differences are the Bloodfrenzy and Darkblade of the Warlord, warrior weapons. The have base proc rates of 130 or 160 or something, I really don't remember.

So that's what Combat Effects +s do, add to that base and make weapons 'go off' more. It's an AMAZING modifier for warrior gear, because of how it boosts their agro generation over time. It's also quite a RARE mod, do a search :P

I believe natocmdr is right, but it also adds to benificial procs, both item and spell procs (such as lifetap from some illusions)
