I bought one for 5k and immediately added a +5 wis augmentation stone to it and it's great. :-)
Bought one in the bazaar for 5k. Was quite happy with the price.

Shame that (with 5Wis 7Int 30mana and a Wght of only 0.8) so will everyone else over 45th.
Expect to see a large Price Tag on this until the market gets flooded then a nerf in drop rate.
Gonna have to see if I can't tag along on some trips into Sol C now.
