Planes of Powerthis item currently does not show up on search for haste items...but then again no haste item deep in GoD, Omens or PoP does for some reason.

Does this stack with haste? I am doubting it even as I ask but curious all the same...
This item's haste DOES NOT stack with other haste itmes and Strikethrough is what sparkometer said: "strikethrough = chance to bypass a mobs ability to block/parry/riposte[/dodge]...the end"

Stack with what kind of haste? It's item haste just like any other item. It will stack with song haste and spell haste just the same as an RBB, RBG, etc.

shroud of survival has 46% haste on it
whoa, 45% worn haste? not that it matters much, just haven't seen another item with higher then 41%.

not certain but think "Strikethrough" of 10% gives you a 10% more chance to actually HIT a Mob that is reposting/blocking/parrying etc while tanking.
So im guessing would in turn up your hit% by 10% which should up your overall "melee" DPS by roughly 10%

Not exactly. For illustration's sake, say a mob repostes, blocks, or parries about 10% of your attacks. You strikethrough 10% of those defensive abilities, raising your total hits by 1%.
Hmm I'll buy 10..
