In Erudin, Tomekeeper Danl (Mnk 1.0)offers rewards for "any rare books, tomes, essays, or other rare literature you find". He had no need for Shissar Hide Tome.
Anyone ever try giving this to the Oracle of K`Arnon in OoT?

sence theres a guy in tt who talks about a tomb of the dead havent looked up that quest but its the noble nere the guy you turn the medalions to get the seb key.
Also dropped from Ilis Wizard for me, the PH for Glorpinort
