As of this posting, I've only encountered him once - near the empty farm west of the hill guard tower. He probably roamed to the spot I found him, so I cannot say that this is his spawn point but it gives you an idea where to start looking.

I have killed this little bugger 8 times now and no sleeves but ill get him =) - I have no idea what Superb Wolf Hides are for either, I have heard rumors that they are used for halfling spec armor
