It does indeed fall off the Wrulan's outside of South East Spirts. One dropped for my group the other day. It's a nice little item.

YEs, these drop off the Wrulan sentry, we killed atleast 5 of these mobs and 1 band droped. the mob it self if considered a named pop on Povar.
Price in Bazaar is 9k. have only seen 2 myself,. the one i own and the one for 9k. i think its a very nice item. GL getting one

I was in the Bazaar a couple days ago, and saw someone selling this for 2k. Looking at the stats and comparing them to other rings, I thought the price was way low. I debated with myself a bit, and then decided to buy it (was just about all the cash I had on me at the time). Anyways, I tried finding some info on this thing in game and out, and could find almost nothing. Anyone have any info on it, like who it drops off, how hard they are, what a good price would be (not the 2k I paid, because that is way low for what this gives), any other info you might have? Oh, by the way, at L43 this ring gives me 6AC, 4str, 12sta, 24HP, and I believe 53MP,along with 4SvM. Thanks-

It drop in Halls of Honor, off a wrulon sentry. Rare spawn uncommon drop. I sold one for 8.5k, but I was hard up for cash to get my c5 scroll. These would probably normally sell for 12-15k (on the Bristlebane sever).
