This page doesn't seem to drop anymore. I have the other 3 in the bank, waiting on this one. My friend, who 2-boxes a 69 shaman and 69 monk, spends a lot of time here, and I join her whenever I can. I'd say we've spent at least 100 hours or more, chain pulling every chokidai that spawns, and have yet to see it drop. This is in addition to the many hours she spends here alone (I told her to call me day or night if it drops!!) I know some of you might say, wow bad luck with the RNG but come on.. this is beyond ridiculous.
Got one back in July 2005 so they are still our there. GL

Anyway, combine this and an old world sewing kit with your Taelosian Staff and you get a Dark Phylactery...
