It is +25 INT now, not WIS. Plus it has +10 regen on them, will try to send a pic sometime.
drop the int wis lame stuff- no one who gets this needs int

ok... ffs... i gotta say.... give me any piece of loot WITHOUT int, or stamina and im all over it. Im in plane of time at quarm....... basically all relevant stats are maxed..... everyone else who gets to this stage will also have the same experience..... stats are irrelevant at that stage of the game..... someone mentioned that it may be relevant again in uqua... this I will look forward to seeing.......... but as for the---> omg it has wis and not int theme.... good... give it dex and agi or +10 to flaming chicken summoning for all I care, as int and any other caster stat on loot from the boss mob of plane of time is useless to a caster.

Human necro at 447 INT (according to Magelo) but 355 maxed of course. I could care less about INT. My base is 100... so ya, INT / WIS... who gives a hoot. Landslide killed quarm on today for the first time.

When you in Uqua, Int helps until you are able to turn off the ae.

Splitting protectors off of Vindi is harder. Now killing rallos/ct/inny/bertox? that is tough. especially inny. Inny adds RAPE. Quarm isnt even hard when he does the 3k ae :( it's kinda sad. Tonight he only did his little epoch ae and was sad really.

By the time you can get these - int will be the last stat on your mind. Effects are of primary importance. My chanter is in the Elemental Planes (guild has killed Fenin & Xeg - but them darned RC& Corry are HARD =-/.

The UNbufffed int on my chanter is nearly 400 already and I dont have all the "EWBER" loots that I want either.

Please note that this item drops off QUARM! If really wana go "HOLLY (Expetive Deleted)" then look at this link and see the EIGHT (yes eight!) AoEs that nasty mob has. Quarm is not just in time. Quarm is THE LAST MOB of time. Quarm is therefore the badest of the bad in the entire game at this time.

Please note that the picture is courtesy of Afterlife (thanks guys for getting and sharing with us mortals this wonderful data). But of biggest note: Look at the picture - the front right - see that little speck? Yes - that spec IS A TOON!!

why no int?

Cause int casters will have their int maxed 10 times before they reach Quarm, but they may not be at 355 Wis (well.. i kinda doubt it though)
RE: why
# Jul 18 2003 at 1:38 PM Rating: Default
Likely an oversight; I'm sure they intended to put int. Look at the bracer that dropped that is usuable by rogue/shaman/ranger. It gives int instead of wis. I think they'll be fixing the reversed stats in an upcoming patch.
RE: why
# Jul 17 2003 at 7:57 PM Rating: Default
Because if you can kill Quarm your int will be maxed anyway.
#REDACTED, Posted: Sep 06 2003 at 2:18 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Why in the hell do people post this argument. THAT DOES NOT MATTER! INT CASTERS NEED INT, WIS CASTERS NEED WIS. Christ it doesn't matter that they will be maxxed anyway because it's an in caster item therefore it needs int.
RE: why
# Sep 09 2003 at 4:05 AM Rating: Decent
Yeah, your right. /nods and calls the medic

My wiz now has 467 INT (theoretically) and our guild just entered PoTime. So there will still be a bit upgrading to do before I see this pair of legs.

Even with these stats its gonna be a hard call to put on these legs as the wizard elemental pants effect is basicly a must to use on raids anyway. But thats off topic :)

#REDACTED, Posted: Nov 19 2003 at 11:01 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) IMHO, pants should be a requirement for ALL classes on all raids. I mean, you just don't want to have that poor wood elf over with the healers who's too bashful to say that they're offended by your.... what's that? "effect"? Oh....
RE: why
# Jul 17 2003 at 7:08 PM Rating: Decent
weapon??? umm these are a pair of pants unless you count the gas you might have from tacos as a weapon then you are far off base

On the other hand, were you to hit someone with a pair of pants like these, it'd probably hurt like hell.
