All right, I just bought one of these, primarily for the appearance, and have been wondering, what exactly does the proc do? Is it a disease debuff and disease-based DoT? Or just the disease Debuff? If the latter, that would be a bit disappointing, but maybe useful when grouping with a necro or something. But which is it?

got one of these tonight , it sounds cool .. not worth the damage/speed ratio for the negative disease resist proc, I think I'll stick to my 2 Centi swords :o)

Got one tonight with my level 23 warrior from a lego. Procd while holding it in my off hand (dex97)... guessing lvl 20 is right.
Pathetic damage too slow. But on the ups it looks nice. Im going to give it away to a new
player.

I've had the sarnak flesh harvester since creation of my character (gift from bf). I am now level 20, but it will not proc. I am using dual wield. Does it HAVE to be in the main melee slot? I currently have it in secondary and dragoon in main slot. I did change in over for a bit, but when it didn't proc, I changed it back because the atk delay for dirk is less. Also - does the 1hs skill have to be at it's most for it to proc?

I have one of these with a beserker sword from kael. Which i must say looks pretty dope, wielding two swords that look the same. All and all the damage for a lvl 32 bard is pretty nice.

The effect is a disease debuff... which, in itself, is not too hot. At level 21, when I aquired this suprisingly rare weapon in the Sarnak Fortress, it was resisted maybe half to 3/4 of the time. Granted, most of the mobs were even to red to me. When it procs, the message is: Target sweats and looks feverish.
The weapon looks like the Sharkjaw Cutlass, which is a cool graphic, however, the weapon itself is only decent.
