As of the 9th of Jan 2007 when I went to get this spell I found that Burumy Fahon did not sell it. However, just across the hall it can be found on Godain MacKodor for just over 5 plat.

where can i buy the spell mass imbue plains pebbles?
when you go to buy these spells, make sure to have ALOT of charisma. they cost approx. 84pp for me at 167 char. also, remember that they are deity specific. don't want anyone to waste their hard-earned plat!
