This ring dropped for us tonight off of a named Sarnak ghost. He was 3 rooms inside the castle and was a wanderer. He was between lvls 55-61. My pacify would not work on him to pull. He summons, so be careful. WrEcK oN!

Any drop information? This ring is nice for casters who get beat on and need to resume casting. I'm not 100% sure but I think the soft cap for channleing is 220. If so 220 * 1.02 = 224.4. I'm guessing they would round down for 224.
2% of 250 is 255. So yes, there is a cap at 255, and this will bring you too that cap.
Also, getting those extra 5 points may not seem like so much, but it might also be like Bind wounds, where that extra 5% puts you into a whole extra range of resistance/ability.

With the channeling bonus, this seems to help out with trying to get ANY spell off while being bashed by a mob, or two mobs, or three, or four. :-)
