Dropped for us from the Rabid Chokidai ... more than once while camping the Leprous Chokidai (+165, +40) for the Ranger 1.5 =)) Group of a Mage, 2 Rangers, Necro, Pally and Cleric...lvl 60 to 70. Camp was a breeze, but lots of adds. Mob that drops this hits for 100-300 and spawned on the ledge above the mob we were camping. Some of the mobs here conned green to me at lvl 70...but most were light to Dark Blue :) Fun camp!!

Man, I want one of these so badly. I currently have a friend who is hunting it for me and I was wondering that if it's as common as he says it is, why hasn't it dropped yet?

Got this in the bazaar on Innoruuk for 1k. Seemed like a good price to me and I really like all the AC it gives me.

Took him out with a 65 shaman and 65 warrior. As mentioned, he mitigates slow, but hits for about 275 tops, that isn't a big deal. ;)

Drops off a named ghost that wanders the caves (don't remember the exact name). Might drop off other mobs but I've only seen it drop (3 times) off the named ghost. He also dropped a spell each time.
He was easy to kill with a chanter/pally/cleric. Could probably even do it without the cleric. Moderate MR and slows only are partially effective.

Does anyone else remember when 30ac was uber on a BP and unimaginable on a wrist item? Man I have beep addicted to eq for too many years.
Tell me bout it. my bracer now has as much ac as my bp and I feel gimp with my bp. gar.

Adds approx 50 AC on my 65 SK.
Why wud it add more ac den da picture states....me wondering...If da item sayz 30 AC how does it give you 50? Someting i may need to no...*smiles

I don't remember for sure, but it varies based on either Class or Defense skill. Something like 3.5 actual AC per point of AC of the item for a Warrior. Less for a cleric (for instance). Hope that helps.
