why is this beyond you...level a time or two and get on a naggy raid...last raid i was on ..TWO CoF's dropped...a 46 warrior got one...there is hope for u

I think its 35%...but since item hastes dont stack, I'd go for the haste on the golden sash of tranquility. =D

haste ITEMS do not stack ...your allowed 1 item and 1 spell ... bard , ench , shaman, whatever.. but NO haste items stack
