yeah. this thing is pitiful. Not even as good as the bracer of benevolence or wristguard of thunder. 40hp and 3sta? 10 atk is not that huge

Yes vengance stacks, you can have upto 250 atk through worn items, these can come from vengence or any of the aura line that add attack. ie aura of battle.

I'd definitely prefer Bracer of Benevolence over theese. Easy enough to get, 17AC 30hp 8sta 8str 12svm 12svc 5svf.

I guess it all comes down to how much you want +10ATK
