I am in need of a clickie for mobs that debuff would this effect on this belt work ? i am currently using dain ring how ever i have a ring i want to replace it with much better stats, but i need a wearable clickie any sugestions ?>

True the hybrids can get one hell of a lot out of it too, but I would usually only consider your tank classes outfitting such an item. The defensive shield is number one on that of course, but the additional hit points, stamina, agility, and AC make this a purely defensive girdle.
Is the effect self only? It looks like you can target others.

I was wondering that myself. Could be very useful for a cleric to buff the melees with it before a fight. If anyone knows if it is targetable, please say. Also would be nice to know the duration of the DS.
