Ruins of KunarkI traded my RBG for one with some other items... its noticeably faster. I have always heard RBB is faster but tried a RBB on as well, i think they both sit at 30% and RBG is 26-27ish.
As for the frogs, they have well over 5k. It would take me forever to solo one. And thats with SBC/Lam/Frostbringer.

its faster then rbg for sure which is 28% haste i got one a couople days ago and had rbg i can sure tell the difference so it is probably 36% like CoF and CotCW

The chance of you all seeing a third is absolutely insane. I'd be bummed not leaving with one having a 2/3 chance of getting one. Needless to say you guys are incredibly lucky!

I agree with this, was camping the exit last night and this dropped off one of the froggies. Can't remember exactly which one but damn was i excited. Unfortunately as a druid I was not as high up the NBG list. In the end it went to a bard /rude bards ;)
If you ask me need before greed is a nice way of saying that you came to this camp/zone wanting to get a certain dropable item and now you want other people to give up their chance to get the item because you think you deserve it more. The only fair way to distribute loot in a group is everyone using the same random number generator algorithm to see who gets the highest or lowest or whatever number and EVERYONE rolls on ALL droppable items unless someone wants to be nice and bow out on the roll themselves. Any other method is biast in someway and therefore less fair...

Aquaintance has compaired the speed on this to his old RBB. Claims this is significantly faster. I'll let you judge from there.

2-3k hps? More like 12 id say, 16 for krups.

I'm doing around 2K dges per minute self buffed, according to my logs, monkly-business damage calculator and Luthien's one, which are people i have faith in.
That's on lvl 55- mobs though, and there's a 10% difference between the logs i have made so this number is only an average one.
I drop a kor shaman solo in 1min20 to 1min40, which gave them 2K7 HP approx.
No more than 3k anyway.
And trust me, since i've read that they drop this cloak, everytime i'm LFG (which happen too often to my taste) and i see one up, i gank it.
BTW these are around lvl 44 mobs, quite a few of them are light blue, and i'd be very pissed off if light blue mobs had 6-8k hp.
And krups are no way near 16Khp either to my mind, even if on those i have no reliable data.

1159 (sofd + focus bracer) damage does about 23-25% on anything lower than krups except Bok knights (only 18%-20%). On the krups it does around 8-10% but haven't tested it enough yet to really say a solid percent. on wizards it could be around 12%-15%, which puts the hp on the lower ranked mobs (dar, jin, kor, bok) 6-8k, and the krups 10-12k. 16k, not unless some uber buffs are on that mob. 2-3k, only a newbie who has no clue would say that.

Would you people stop with the hearsay? unless you used ShowEQ or sat there with your logs and parsed your DPS with this, with a control, and with other haste items then STFU! tehres enough false information roaming around!

i heard it doesn't drop random anymore ? i heard from a buddy he found his a few months ago at the zone in, but now it shouldn't drop anymore (at least nobody has found one the last few weeks)

Yep was playing in seb last night, pulling to frenzy room and dropped of a random frog.. goodness I love those random drops.

We were pulling Disco the other day, one of these dropped off a Kor Shaman, and then 30 mins later another dropped off the next Kor Shaman we killed.
The third tank in our group was quite unhappy when we had to leave (without a third cloak).

Yeah, Ive seen it drop right in entrence to seb as well. Guess it can rarely drop off of the froggies too.
