Id like to mention a few things before I get to the questions.
1) Name calling like "n00b" is for kids. Be a little more mature than that folks.
2) Enchanters are great, but get someplace like Hate with one, who ya gunna call?
3) Rumors are exactly that, a rumor, not to be taken seriously until you see it for yourself.
4) Why make up stories of things like an underwater dragon that lives in Lake Rathe? Does this make you feel important?
Now for my questions.
Everyone talks about this lady you gotta give the key to. Where in the hell does she spawn? and where is the damn cell? I've seen 3 maps, none of them have her listend on them.

A: She is on the lower levels, inside the same cell at The Injured Halfling, near the room with Rathyl in it. She is always there. She does not wander. I am a 51st Mage and working on Epic, I have spent MONTHS in the bowels of this place. She is always right there.

She will occasionally wander around the dungeon as a group I was in found out the hard way. We were at the bottom of the dungeon camping for the thex mallet item. We were are regening & medding up from killing some necros when POOF, she walks in the room. There were 6 of us levels 19-24 and she killed all but 2 who made it to the zone. She charmed 2 of us and had us hacking up our group members, which was actually kinda funny as the guy I was hacking away at had been looting everything we killed & not sharing at all. Needless to say we disbanded afterwards....

I was in Najena yesterday with my 24 bard and a 24 rogue.. we didn't go in very far at all, but i did see whats her name cast a spell... didn't see her, but I know she was close by. I was temped to go looking for her, but I don't know the zone at all. Good luck =)

Check out area 10 on the map from EQAtlas.com. She always sits in a call there. There is a big hle in the side of it too to climb thru to get out, Moosh the gaurd is arrgo to everyone there and he carries the key if you can't figure out how to climb thru it. Easiest way to do get to her and get out is pass area one on the map. Look at where it says 6. Its apitt trap. Looks like a four tile section on the floor when you see it. Fall thru it. You will land IN the cell with her. Give her the key and climb out the hole. you might have to fight moosh. He's lvl 22-25 i believe. Not that hard at all, sometimes a tentical terror will spawn in the other cell. It you can manage to give her the key and get the note and invis before you get attacked...your in bussiness. Head out ASAP the only way you an, you don't need a single key!

Enchanters are probably THE most wanted class at higher levels(clerics are the only ones that are close). Breeze line of spells, Tashan line of spells, Mez, all of these you NEED at higher levels.

There is a way, if somewhat lengthy, to gain faction with Erudin. I'm not sure if this will work for Dark Elves, as you are universally hated anyway. In Toxxulia Forest, there is a small dock on the west shore (loc +200, +1200) that has a level 10 Heretic Outcast. This fallen necro, when killed, will give faction with the various good caster guilds in Erudin. It will, however, also give a faction hit with the evil Erudites, so after you have fixed your faction with the good guys, you may have to do quite a bit of hunting in the Warrens to regain sufficient faction to go back into Paineel. It is possible for good races to gain enough faction in Paineel to walk into the city. I have personally seen a level 53 Barbarian Shaman (non GM) in Paineel. When queried, he said he had killed approximately 1700 kobolds in Warrens to gain sufficient faction to get a key from the guards of the newb area (he had it documented via logs).
I intend to do this myself in the relatively near future with my bard. So far, there are only 3 main cities (velious excluded) that I cannot go into safely. Cabilis, Neriak, and Paineel. All other cities I can enter either in my native Wood Elf form or Dark Elf form...I made the mistake of hunting for some time in Crushbone, so my faction with the Indigo Brotherhood is not too good.

Dark Elves have 2 otptions:
1) Get a 40+ Enchanter to charm all npc
2) Use the Ball of Clay (Clay Golem in CT). It casts illusion of Earth Elemental -- Warning, earth is KOS to town guards. Will probably need invisibility.

I camped the Preist of Najena for probably around 7 or 8 hours before he spawned, I was around lvl 35 then I think, and my 34 fire pet solo'ed the preist with ease. He never healed once, and he began running after I nuked him once or twice, poor guy didnt make it far though, hehe. PH is a reg. ghoul and spawn time is 55 mins approx.
If you are facing the castle, the directions to him room are: Enter through the double doors, go around the wall in front of you after you open the doors and go up the staircase. If you're facing the staircase, you wanna take the right fork and go up another small set of steps. You will come to another fork, one to the right, and one straight and to the left a bit. Take the one to the left and you should see stairs. Go up them and sit in the room, thats where he spawns. Its a VERY small room with a torture chamber thingie in it.
Oh, and dont let him or any or the other ghoul PH's get to the bottom of the staircase, as there is a chance other mobs can aggro. All in all, I think I got kinda lucky, and its a pretty good cloak.

Who drops the key in Unrest?

It's in one of the towers of Unrest, inside the house. You are looking for the priest of Najena. A ghoul is the placeholder. This is a 53 minute spawn. Be forewarned. I stayed there for 12 hours, and only saw the priest once. He heals himself alot, so bring a healer friend.

mana bateries are for advanced tinkering, they do recharge used charged .. buuuuuut ONLY ON THE ITEM THAT HAS BEEN TINKERED

...Plane of Air quest items aren't tinkered. Those can be recharged.

yup they get recharged via mana batteries too, which are sold right there on the key master on island one

As far as I know, NO item can ever be recharged (i.e. no point in using the effects). If anyone knows, I'd love to hear it.

Advanced tinkered armor and the wizzie amulet with alter plane: air on it can be recharged, teh tinkered stuff with mana batteries and the amulet through a quest in PoA

Verant is considering implementing mini-quests to recharge charged items so you won't have to do the quest all over again. This would be nice for items that are very hard to get with very few charges. ie: Raincaller Bow (5 Charges of Firestrike, of which I won't use)

There several items that are rechargeable....one was the ring of the dead...other is the kerren fishing spear....there are others, but those are 2 i am sure of...
