Awesome cloak to wear when going against Vox, or any other cold-based mob. Probably the best droppable back slot one would see without getting into NToV or Ssra.
Well, this monk may have to deal with the weight, and try to get one of these.
Is 48 a good lvl to hit Kedge?

This weight doesnt matter to a monk during a VOX raid. It's not like they'll be tanking. This is an AWSOME close for her AoE =)

The only reason i would get this cloak is because of the cold resist that it has, and the DEX is not that bad.
