Read the posts below. If you had taken a moment to either read the previous posts, or look at the Allakhazam data, rather than the screenshot, you would note that it IS berserker usable.
Keep in mind that this item predates the existence of berserkers as a class.

Why didnt they add Berserker to the list of usable classes? it only makes sense that berserkers would get to berserker armor=/... you dont see berserkers running around in "warlords" armor do ya? =)

IT does say that it focuses singing. 3rd line right under Slot: FACE
THe SS doesn't list the modifier, because none of the bard modifieres are everlisted. It is up to the users to figure out how much it helps. Through testing they seem to have come up witha 120% increase... Hence the Additional Modifiers: Singing: +120%

actually that's a 120% increase...so the mod (what bards usually go by) is 2.2...Allakhazam lists them as a bonus though (100% (base) + 120% (this item))
