Killed him today ... so he's still there. Dropped cloak & arrow ... no 100+pp gem though.

Saw him yeserday in RM , he was in the area marked 20 in EQatlas
I've spent alot of time in RM, killing giants and the random wandering drakes. I have yet to see shardwing, is he even in the game still?

I traded one of these straight up for a Shimmering Cloak. Think I paid about 2.5k for it originally, hopes this helps )

I'm not sure what this is worth, but ac8 agi9 mana35 looks decent for some hybrids or even Druids. Any ideas?

No, in player-made jewelry Onyx makes DEX gear. This isn't player-made jewelry, though... (I'm guessing it's called 'Onyx Drakescale Cloak' because 'Black Drakescale Cloak' would be too boring.)
