I killed Rathyl, but didnt' kill his Reincarnate and had about 8 of them up... Didn't realize they dropped this. After hours of trying to get off all the other mobs, I decided to kill those just it get them out of the way... Dropped from second one I killed. <Edit> Dropped 2 off the 8. Not sure if this is more common of of Reincarnate or not, but 2 drops out of 8 mobs is considerable.

I got it off of the halfling in the jail with Linara Parlone after killing the zone several times.

Cleared the zone maybe 12 times, dropped off of a goblin magician.
I also was killing alligators in the feerrot while waiting for the zone to respawn. I killed maybe 20, got 1 page of mastery water, but no earth.

30 bloody hours now, and still not one earth drop. This is a f'in joke.

Had this drop off of an alligator in the revamped Cazic-Thule (So I would assume it drops in the regular Cazic-Thule also).

I camped Najena for 8 hours constantly now.
Took about an hour and a half to get my first drop. I think it was Fire. After that I got Water and Wind as my next drops within the next few hours.
Then came the repeats. Ending up with 5-6 Fire drops. 3 Water drops. And 2 Wind drops. Still no earth.
I'm going to try my luck in Feerrott now. I hope to god the Alligators drop this because im about to give up

Went back with my 81 rogue and annihilated the whole zone countless times over a two-three hour period. Decided to start killing Linara (In the jail cell) And she dropped it after her third death

I am lvling a low lvl necro and Mage in Najenta working on the pet focus drops and I have had all 4 pages drop at the Bonecracker room. By that I mean killing all the mobs in his room, then doing the cycle on that floor by killing the darkboned skelly, the elementals then moving to the 2 mages at the stairs in the back. I have had all 4 pages drop but only the broom and shovel so far for the pet focus. I guess I will have to try the goblin mages further in and see if they might drop the stein and torch for me.

I've been killing magicians, Rathyl and Rathyl's incarnate forever, still no drops of any of these. Did Sony nerf these? If so that's rediculous because the Magician epic is hard enough as it is.

As soon as I posted this I got the water one lol, but still not a common drop as it states on here.

After about 20 cycles of clearing every magician I could get to in Najena on Al'Kabor I decided to hit Feerrott. Page of Earth dropped on ~6th "an alligator" kill. All other pieces drop frequently in Najena. Also I did the turn in at 34 and Alstaff (sp) talked to me much earlier.
I was lucky to get pegasus cloak on first kill of Quillmane but have been unlucky at blazing elementals drop so far.

I just had this drop off an alligator (blue to level 30) in the NE corner of Feerrott. Sadly no mages were in zone at the time. :(

This page just dropped for me in Najena after falling in Pit trap, dropped off injured halfling. I wasn't even looking for it :)

This item isn't nodrop, it's never drop! Level 54 Magician on EMarr server, and I have killed everything in the dungeon repeatedly for several hours for several days. I have seen 4 full sets of the focus items (broom,shovel,torch, and stein) and about 23 pages of water, 16 wind, 4 fire.... I think the cells of the prison may become my permanent home if only I could summon: Cell padding

The drops are very random but after 4 hrs I had all 4 along with the broom,shovel.torch,and stein for the 4 focus items for Mage pet enhancement. Darkboned skellys, and Mage's are the ones to look for. At lvl 34 few mob's aggro me so was fairly easy to solo.

Anyone have any info on what these come off of..I know the mages in Najena and poss. the alligators in Feerrott, anything else? I got fire off a goblin mage and wind off a gator..water off a mage..some say the skelly's can drop them also..

Think I have seen 10 Torn Page of Fire drop, but all the rest, especially this one, are driving me insane.
