Noticed a mounted undead (like the ones outside and inside Lair of Terris-Thule) inside the center undead structure in Valor.

He dropped this A piece of the crystalline globe. Saved me the trouble of clearing the other ruins.

all the crystal and hear pieces dropped pretty quickly.
I think the vassals took longer, we had to clear both vassal ruins once each, before getting one.

Just thought I'd post my observations. Camped this piece for myself and my Wife. I got mine after 91 kills. My wife's took 74, for a total of 165 dead Skells. I mostly pulled from open timber farmhouse, and the roamers. i occasionly pulled from the ruins by the river. I'd say about 5 to 1. Now, I'm just going to state that both of the pieces dropped from the ruins by the river, not to say that it CAN'T drop from center camp, just that it didn't for me. Good luck, and just keep trying.

Verified today...killed around 60 Undead Vassals and it finally dropped. Major pain in the butt, didn't think it would ever drop. Thought I had to kill doormen for a sec...but it did end up dropping off a Vassal.

This part of the quest is miserable. I have killed at least 30 today and total 100 or so off and on for a few weeks. Not one gem yet. I am camping along the water just north of the outer camp (razors) between 2 ruins and the house frame. Been tagging the unsnarable wanderers but no luck. Maybe ill try the lone ruins near the gatehouse and see if those can be snared like its being suggested on this thread.

Which Vassals drop this? Any in zone? Or just the "higher" level ones?
I've been camping the roamers who are lvl 59 and haven't seen one yet. =/

The Undead Vassal's in the lone ruins to the east are snare'able but the named that spawns there does summon so beware !

i got mine last night off the spiders. out of the 8 or so we killed, 2 dropped.

An Undead Vassal, got mine last night.....and they are not that common took like 20 or so kills to get one.
