Killed bunch of worms, finally dropped for me off named worm (spawned off the one nearest zone in/GY) -- a festering worm.

Guess I just got lucky, first larvae down dropped his heart for me *grin* I must be just that cute
.. but got mine after 10 kill or so... off a Planarian Larvae near zone-in

Got one to drop today from a Festering Worm. Although, these are rare spawns and probably has the same low chance of dropping the Larvae heart.

Took me 5 hours of camping around graveyard to get one. They need to fix that.
Heaven forbid they don't drop every other larvae so every noob can enter HoH. Stop being lazy.
doing this quest does not get some noob into HoH, all it does is allow them to open the door to Aerin'Dar's Lair, they would still need a raid to kill AD to HoH access. So yes this quest should be easier, its just to open a door
ive killed about 20 of em and havent seen one drop, will post once i get a drop

They are pretty rare as far as I can tell. Been camping them for 4 hours clearing all larvae in the time and did not have one drop in that time. I could just be unlucky......
