Great for Tanks but awesome for shammy, hp = mana = slows = not healing you as much

Not saying it's only for my class, but this does just scream Pali/SK. The AC is a bit lower than my current(Shrouded Medallion from ME), but the stats are FAR better.

Wouldn't it scream SK if it had INT and scream Pali if it had WIS? This is geared towards tanking HP increases not any specific tanking class.
Great Item for warrior and all others for that matter. The Hps I get from it along with the resist buffs are exactly what I was lookin for. Sythrax Remains is a great camp.
