This dropped off a skeleton named 'an undead slavemaster'. I think it was called undead. Could be decaying or rotting. Definitely was a slavemaster. He spawns approx at 180, -480 on ground floor of the complex that's in NE corner of zone. The room is the one with stairs going to upper floors and a door to the street. His PH is a wraith, if I remember right.
I think they should switch out monks and put in beast. IMO its way too heavy for a monk to consider even though its a nice offhander
Id use it for my warrior when in main hand when he isnt main tank. Paired with the defenders Lt blade it should be a pretty devestating combo whail allowing the MT to not have to fight for aggro.

I just got both the PPR and the Def-Lghtblade and OMG. I went from hitting for 20's with the Centi LS to hitting for between 77 and 100!!!
Not shabby for 52 Bard. Now only if i could use the Black Diamond of Crippling (220 AP in BB) with it to add +3 damage to each.. has anyone ever seen a Slot type 5 weapon?? WTF i want it to work with these two sweet **** weapons.

Mine is a 40 warrior, and with this weapon he could hit a crit of 115.

Very solid offhander for many of the classes that can use. Lack of HP's should not be a huge concern, the plan being that if you using this offhand you shouldn't be getting hit too often..:) Comparable to Defenders Lightblade or Onyx Gavel with a lower reccomended level.
