Bile dropped off a klicnik drone just now in North Qeynos in the newbie yard in the Ragefire progression server. First time I've seen one.
I was hunting the beetles too for eyes to use for brewing, but i did notice no bile dropped. I did the noobie armor quests a year ago, even then it was rare... but they did drop back then

anyone been finding these BILES lately? i can't get them to drop after a week of clearing the zone (several times daily)--HELP!
