does this actually say IN GAME "Aura of Eternity" or "Mana Regeneration + 5 Regeneration + 5".
It used to say the former, and now it says the latter.

actually this is changed in game to Mana Regen 5 - Regeneration 5 -- so it counts towards both caps.

Great neck. Mana and hp regen at 5 is absolutely awesome. 35 to magic resist is an additional bonus. There are other necks out there that are superior for the high end raider, but none that have such an amazing regeneration rate for such a common Time item.
If you are new to raiding, this neck will fall into your hands soon. Don't pass it up. I opted for this neck over the TT neck due to my weak Magic Save stat.

the magic resist on this neck is 35 not sure how new that pic is but it's correct
so does this count as a flowing thought item with the 5 mana regen?

no aura of eternity does in fact count towards your 15 FT
I'd have to agree with Danalog. Magelo, in fact, counts items with "effects" like that towards your FT max. Likely they would have been spammed by hate mail if it were not true.
Actually, yes, all Permanent item mana regen items (ones without a buff image) count towards the 15 FT total.
