I have hailed to no result. Also, I have tried to give him teh Troll Invader's Head and he returns it to me saying he does not want it.

This is used for newbie quests for little Froggies. A /loc for where these could be found would be nice.

actually it should be quite apparent from whom you can find this particular item, Troll Raiders, and you can find them wanderin around Innothule Swamp -- you may be able to find them on Troll Invaders but have yet to find them like someone else pointed out

Gaz Sergeant Foppis is the frog you must talk to while the head is in your inventory. No need to actually give him the head.
