This is the item needed to forge velium weapons into bricks. Combine this hammer and a velium weapon in a forge.
See http://www.eqtraders.com/items/show_item.php?item=1208&menustr=035000000000 when searching for Small Piece of Velium. You could look for the hammer or other variations of Velium. These conversions from weapons to ore still work.
How nice that dwarf hunters cannot buy this hammer in Kael. The hammer can be used for other things besides the shawl crawl.

This NPC is in Thurgadin once again. Look on the northern side. By rogue's guild I believe.
Location is pos 37 neg 113. He is on the right (east) side building as you face the entrance to Icewell keep in the north center og the zone.
Can someone tell a 134 Smith why and when I might need this? lol
