Seconded, I got one from 'a mad manticore' (not listed in the bestiary yet) in one of the Miragul's Menagerie zones.
What it for...?
I got one from a manticore in Eastern Wastes, but no merchant buys it from me, and seems like it's not for tradeskills. No quests seem to need it, either. Any clue?
