I was just fighting around in kurns on the top floor when this thing dropped. It fell from a unique skeleton that was ytm at lvl 17. also dropped an iksar skull with an "x" on the back or something crazy like that too.

he can usually be found on the fourth floor-thrid floor stair ( southern one ) spawning in the curve of the stairs. No ideas on frequencz of his spawn, but had been there for about 2 hours before he spawned....
