Didn't see this drop at all in 20ish cycles of the halflings in Nektulos... then got 2 in 4 kills.
In the present... this item is not flagged as quest (not foolproof for knowing though).

These meats happen to be nodrop & stackable, and I have found them on ALL of the halflings in Nektulos Forest. However, I have yet to discover what they are for - all the troll & ogre npc's in Neriak do not accept this item. Any investigation on this matter would be helpful from others.
