These are some really nice drops for this zone, are they new or have they always been there? Seems odd they would put new tradeable items without the level restriction.

I guess its Verants way of trying to make VP more attractive for higher level players. They can now go here, get items and then twink their lower level chars.... or even make a bit of cash selling these items.

These assorted tradeable drops were in fact added with the revamp that allowed Gating from the zone.
