Just browsing around in here for my alt. There is mention that Mooto, the goblin in misty thicket, is looking for PROOF that the orcs want the goblins dead. This letter was brought up into the discussion as possible alliance letter for the orc kind? WHAT DOES THIS LETTER SAY? The other feasable item is the orcs sword... Some items have multiple places to be used, im wondering if this has yet one more :)

I happened to loot this letter and this is what it says word for word.

He will require the help of the Indigo Brotherhood to rid him of the traitorous Deathfist Clan of Orcs in the Eastern Antonica region. We shall also continue our supply or arcane knowledge to their agent in Freeport. Ambassador D'Vinn Crushbone Region"

Has anyone tried to just give Dill the letter and not the pouch or the hatchet? I was wondering if that works.

a sealed note, and the torn backpack, both dropped with a CB belt. Most times i just get the pack

The note is called "A Sealed Letter" and doesn't drop with the pouch, or at least didn't for me. Haven't fifnished quest as I was on my way to Freeport but will look into it.
