There are two totems, one made from the pieces and one already complete. Both are needed for shaman quest. I killed 7 of these Ton Warriors, 4 of them dropped the actual totem, 1 dropped bottom piece so far, and 2 dropped nothing.

All three of these "Piece of Totem"; top, middle, and bottom, drop off of Froglok Ton Warriors.

I killed 5 Ton Warriors this morning and each dropped a piece. It took me 5 kills to collect the whole set.

None of the Ton Warriors dropped the actual "Ton Warrior Totem". I believe that they no longer (or very very rarely) drop it anymore.
