ok This was updated and there is no Vengeance 3 on it, I have one in the bank and was replaced by a DoD back but I kept it and there is no update as I can see. Is the update for the item as it drops now or for all??

If you look at the pouch and then look at the stats that the summoned shurikens have you will see why my 66th bst would like to have em just for farming if nothing els . Nice toy but like you say doesn't seem like much loot for how tough he is to take down. Saryn has better gear and was lots easier(just mana drain and adds at 3 intervals that make it fun).
i bet we will hear a lot about whether or not this should go to pure melee or hybrid. being a monk i think they should take off focus effect and mana and make it monk only

WHO really gives a Rats behind wether they made this for pure melee or both Hybrid/melee?
I mean everyone whines and complains that this should be for this and that should be for that. Look the cloak is the way it is the game is the way it is no amount of ******** is going to fix it. so pls donot start any of this

Well I have one more complaint for someone who says to take the mana off and make it a pure melee i just looked at your profile and just about everything you wear has mana added hahahahaha......
