just checked every monster listed on this site. No mobs listed drop this. anyone want to be nice and let us know where they picked theirs up from?

Also looking at classes... Beastlords have to work twice as hard for nice armor than most classes... not as hard as monks... but beasty lacks the armor class and atack that comes from being a monk and the added stats are nice for this range item :) and EE3 is nice for when casting spiritual mana buffs... remember they stack with C3 :)

I have noticed a slight improvment over the old hate as far as drops go. This is one heck of a drop. Ranged itmes like this are few and far between.
