Carved Darkwood Compound Bow [Silk]  

 

I just researched this at eqtraders.com, but will be having a GM fletcher guildie make it.
It appears the components needed are:
1) Whittling Blade
2) Darkwood Bow staff
3) compound = 2 standard bow cams
4) string ... (hemp, linen, or silk - don't know which is better) ?
All of these can be purchased from Timor Strongbranch in North Freeport
